Solved! How Do I Change Ownership of My Facebook Business Account?

Go to https://business.facebook.com/

Click on Business Settings button on the top right hand corner. 

(A new page opens)

> Click on accounts 

> Click on pages in the tab on the left side of the page

> Click the button + add or remove

Then follow the instructions from there depending on what you want to accomplish.
